These Internet pages shall be used anonymously. If the possibility of entering personal or business details (i.e. e-mail addresses, names, addresses) exists within the Internet offer, the disclosure of such data on the part of the user is done on an expressly voluntary basis. When the general information provided by KWZ Heidelberg is accessed, exclusively anonymous information about user access is saved in log files for statistical purposes. a. Communication by e-mail

Your e-mail will be dealt with confidentially. Your e-mail and our answer to it will be temporarily saved if this seems appropriate for the purposes of the correspondence.

We point out that e-mail communication may be subject to security gaps. For example, e-mails can be intercepted and viewed by experienced internet users. If we receive an e-mail from you, we assume that we are entitled to answer it via e-mail.

b. Communcation by physical mail

If you send us a letter, your postal address will only be saved inasmuch as it is necessary to answer your query. Physical mail is also dealt with confidentially.

c. Communication by phone

Your calls shall also be treated confidentially, and any personal data will only be recorded if this serves to fulfill your wish and if you want us to do so.
